getting started

well thought i better do something with this. had a good tut today about aboriginal art and whether it is weird having their spiritual paintings in homes really if we dont actually understand it. there is so much underlying in these paintings that you can get lost in there meanings, but if you dont know anything about them, then you can bring your own meaning to them. i think this with all art though. its inportant to have the viewer have their thoughts, have their imagination as much as you(the artist). that way you connect with the viewer more then just giving them the points.
